Simon made my first home buying experience so much less stressful than it could have been. He took the time to really listen to what my goals were for monthly payment, if I had thought about potential future refinancing, and other home owning goals, then tailored a whole bunch of options to fit what I wanted. He took time to explain each one in detail and made sure that I understood each choice before I made my final decision. He was great with getting paperwork filed for me and working to get quotes from multiple lenders. He wrote a letter of recommendation when the appraisal came back lower than it should have and got the appraiser to re-analyze their assessment. Finally, he made sure I was up to date at every stage of the process. 10/10 would absolutely recommend working with Simon!

This is a review specifically for Mortgage Broker, Simon Glenn. A good friend of mine had worked with Simon on a second mortgage of her home and she sang his praises, which I'm now about to do myself, after working with him on a recent refinance. Simon is licensed in Louisiana, Georgia, TN, NC and SC. We started out with an informative phone call and immediately set things in motion soon thereafter. And there were plenty of hiccups, not due to any oversight on Simon's part and I feel if not for issues that had more to do with my side of things, it would have been an easy, seamless process. As it was, I was thoroughly impressed with Simon's tenacity throughout and I can't imagine a more responsive person that I've dealt with over the past six months or so. He is determined to see the process through, even after I was ready to give up. As if his killer work ethic is not enough, you'll be dealing with an actual human rather than a soulless bank. I've had mortgages with banks before and I will never ever go back. I 100% recommend Simon if you're in need of a mortgage or refinance.
